Until recently, education was the only industry that was debating the usefulness of technology. People resisted technology in education. However, everything changed when we were hit by the pandemic.

Today, it’s an established fact that technology is inevitable in learning. It empowers.

Having said that, we are still quite far from extracting the true potential of technology in learning.

Yes we have some ideas. Personalised learning. Student-centric learning model. Collaborative learning that breeds creativity. Engaged learning. And so many more.

This is a good place to start while we keep on exploring new ways to leverage technology, and keep expanding the horizons of possibility in education.

To make this work, we need to approach technology integration in education in a planned and systematic way. As educators, our role is to identify the optimum roadmaps to arrive at our goal, which will evolve continuously as technology makes progress.

This is a complex yet exciting challenge that world and Indian education faces today.
